Her professional experience and educational background have equipped her with a unique skill set that enables her to effectively build and manage teams, recruit and acquire top-caliber talent, identify and correct operational inefficiencies, leverage and synthesize data to perform complex/technical problem solving, and apply prevailing operational and leadership theories to real world scenarios. She also has comprehensive knowledge of customer relations, technical operations, and financial and data analysis. She attained an MBA from Cornell University’s S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from New York University.

He was a senior executive at Dun & Bradstreet (DNB), a publicly traded advanced data, insight, and analytics company, and managed a business development organization at ZoomInfo, a market intelligence provider for the staffing and recruiting industry.

Experienced in all facets of recruiting and staffing, including for the United States Department of Defence (DoD), civilian government agencies, IBM, Kelly Services, and The Choice, Inc., which is a women-owned professional staffing services organization that facilitates the engagement of talent for its clients on a direct hire, temporary-to-hire and temporary basis.
